I am bumping this thread up,no one seems to care to respond.
This is a huge box and there is no way to print a label on Ebay or Paypal or even USPS,did they discontinue this box?
I search on USPS website and there is no say that it has been discontinued?

I can see quotes for Regional C on USPS site.
I am guessing that something about your package doesn't make it qualify for Regional C.
The max weight is 25 pounds to use this box.
You have to choose boxes under the 1 cubic foot to see this.
Also, are you clicking on the Priority Options? The website defaults to Express Mail. You have to click on Priority.

But thanks for your help,I need to understand these regional boxes better.
The 'C' is a huge box,nice to hold large item.
