I wonder what the FVF for this listing would be?

He has a store and it is listed under business and industrial.
It could be 9%.

Got an email of a cap on FVF, so it will only be $150 instead of cap of $250.

so the trick is to find items valued over $2750 (when the max FVF is $250) to get a lower rate.

any suggestions??? lol.

Sure,it is easy,list pure gold buillion weighing 3 troy ounces and asking $2750,you will get buyers!

Cap of 150 is a promotion,not to last for ever.
Donohoe or Donahue was on CNBC this morning,he said he is not aware of seller complaining of high FVF,he said in fact sellers appreciate streamlining of FVF???
