I just found this today. It is dated July 1st.
They expect Buyers to find, read & understand this Contract between eBay, Pitney Bowes, Buyer & Seller??

By now you all know my feelings on the Global Shipping Program so I won't go into it again but really this is making eBay far too complicated for everyone.
They lost their way....along the way!

Thanks for the link.
I have not used the Global shipping program, but I have read comments from Ebay sellers, that buyers are not thrilled that they have to prepaid customs duty.
Most of my items are small items,I think I will just ship them myself ,either by USPS express guarantee or take out private insurance.

Yes, I am aware of the Seller Contract but had not seen the Buyer Contract.
We already complain that the Buyers don't read listings so are they really going to read this?? I think not.

I have already seen a couple of Sellers with Negative Feedback from Buyers who are blaming the Sellers for the Global Shipping problems.

all the seller has to do is contact eBay to have these feedbacks removed.

I like the drop off places run by expatriates residing in USA,I know the Chinese have several, one in California and the Japanese have one as well.
