They may bill you later but they charge you now.
I join to get the $10 off the 1st order. No problem.
A friend wanted me to send her $5 from my paypal account to her paypal. It went to BML and charged me 50 cent.
I went in and changed the default payment method back to paypal funds.
Then I see 2 shipping label charged to BML.
Change the default again.
Yesterday I needed to transfer $30 from my main paypal to my 2nd paypal. It charged me $1.17 to send my money to myself??
I had to call Paypal to try to get it corrected. They connected me to BML - who said they would have to connect me to paypal.
One hour later, it was fixed and BML was dropped from my account.
$10 was not worth it.
