Some PayPal notices have been coming through saying Seller Protection - NOT ELIGIBLE!!
I was confused (nothing unusual here) so I called PP. They answered right away and told me it was a glitch in the system and everything is covered by Seller Protection if I follow the normal rules. This has been happening for several days.
I am glad they knew & glad that I am "Protected," but how many glitches are out there??

The problem with this is that Paypal "glitches" isn't covered in the Seller Protection policies. Meaning that Paypal can easily claim that they showed the item as Not Eligible once a problem happens. Unless you have it in writing from Paypal that they made an error, I still wouldn't have faith in their claims.

Nothing in writing, but according to the rep. If you ship to address listed you are covered. There is nothing in the fine print that would restrict these items from being covered.
