I have used my paypal debit card for years to pay my eBay fees. My card expired in December and eBay keeps rejecting my new Paypal debit card though everything is correct.
I have used the card for Etsy and have made ATM withdrawals. I even ran it through my Square to verify it worked properly. Only eBay is rejecting it.
Any idea why that is?
I could just use my Paypal acct, but why should I give up my 1.5% cash back?
Is eBay restricting using your Paypal Debit MasterCard?

I always use my Paypal debit card as credit card to pay my Ebay bill,it expires in June 2015,so far no problem.
why dont you call Ebay ?

I sent eBay a message. I updated it to auto withdraw from PP for now. I will wait to see what the problem is. It is odd.
