Silly.

Rumor has it that Time Warner chewed through another fiber optics cable in Florida and cut off access to a bunch of servers today.

I'm not joking either; I used to work for a Time Warner company. Email from my computer to my colleague's computer, two offices away, was routed through a server in Tampa. The cable was forever getting cut through and we'd lose all communications for days on end.
