Hello All!

I am looking for a neat place to take my two daughters here in the east. I have a week coming and am willing to travel 5 hours or so from Pittsburgh.

What I had in mind, Mrs. SS, was Hershey Park.

Amusement rides, shows and you can take a tour of Hershey Chocolate Factory.

I'll keep thinking.

Perhaps someone will know of something in
W. Va., around the Wheeling area.

Philadelphia Folk Festival in Schwenksville outside of Philly. You might even spot me telling people where to go.

Been awhile since I have been out there, but hows bouts Colonial Williamsburg? (VA) Very cool historical stuff, and a HUGE amusement park across the street!

If that is a no, try doin the DC thing...statues, museums, White House, etc.

I did Williamsburg last year and Philly the two years before that.

DC might be interesting. I am kinda leaning toward Lancaster. Anyone know anything worth seeing out there?

Keep travelling east til you hit the Atlantic ocean and a beach. Big waves, a couple of shovels and a bucket and have fun.

Gettysburg is a great place to visit!
