kitty X3 - I simply sent an email to the email address you listed :
[email protected]
can you make sure you have my registration?
Now how does this work?
Are you going to do like a newsletter every now and then? Maybe cut and paste ideas about clothing things from here and other boards, nothing fancy. Or what is the plan for this list?

hi richierich,
i just subscribed myself and then checked to see how many members. i got on, and so is ypayretail, but you're not. i think you need to put the word 'subscribe' in the subject line for it to take. shoulda said that.
i'd thought it would work pretty much like posting here, except we'd get all the posts sent as emails, and could talk about selling clothing as much as we want, whatever we want to say or ask

hmm, i'm experiencing some Technical Difficulty, too. geez, it was easy enough to start it!
ypayretail,
i'm thinking maybe you have to sign up with yahoogroups with a user name and password and then you'll be able to get in. let me know if that works.
i already had a yahoogroups user name/password, and i can get in. my problem is i'd changed my email address because since i set it up so anyone could join without going through me, i don't want to risk getting spammed on my primary address. (btw, i'd suggest everyone who wants to join do the same. better safe than sorry. once on spammers' lists, it's easier to move mount everest than to get off.) now yahoogroups thinks i'm two people with the same user name, both signed up on the list.

what i'd really like is a board so we could freely post new topics, replies, and read whenever we want. if some kind soul wants to volunteer to gather up all the questions and answers and make it a weekly newsletter, that would be great. any takers?
i've subscribed to several lists for years, so am used to it, but i understand not everyone is. (usually you just quote the pieces you're replying to, to keep things from getting confusing.)
