I am looking for a washington state attorney that would be willing to answer a few questions on how to collect on a judgement I won from there.
I live in Nevada, and hate to ask for free advice but am getting nowhere with asking the courts, they don't give advice and attorney's are charging 400-600 for this, and it is not worth the 750.00 judgement. I was told to file a writ of garnishment and was directed to web site, but am having trouble understanding how?
I have prepaid legal and the attorney there said it is easy but you have to follow the instructions to the letter. I don't fully understand the instructions. Maybe someone can recommend a place in washington state (seattle) for free legal advice.
This is unrelated to Ebay. I don't want anyone to do it for me, just to explain the process. If anyone is willing to help, please reply to [email protected]
