This is the case to watch. These companies have already stated that the p2p file trading will still go on with the distributed software even if they are sued out of existence.

This case will have many important rulings come out of it. The Napster case was meaningless.

I guess the RIAA missed "Kazaa" and "Morpheus" as P2P shares...LOL...

This could have been settled long ago if Napster had agreed to the same terms Radio Staions adhere to....

After 10 yrs out of the business, "logging wek" still brings a chill to my bones!!!...We had to log EVERY song played, including Artist, Title and Writer for a one week period, 24/7...anyone still in radio?...Does it still work this way???

Charge RIAA/NASCAP fees to these sites and let us ALL have our music!!!!
