This article appeared in the Miami Herald. If it's a hoax, it certainly taxes services at a time they cannot afford to be taxed much further. If not a hoax, is it going to affect how people handle their mail?http://www.miami.com/herald/content/news/local/dade/digdocs/116037.htm

I saw some of the affected people last night on local TV. They looked incredibly shaken up but basically healthy.
for myself, it just seems reasonable not to open strange looking pieces of mail from people you don't know.
BTW this has happened before in the Miami area, I forget whether it was last year or the year before, someone mailed a powder to a person they had a dispute with and in the letter enclosed claimed they had been exposed to a biological agent, the recipient had to be tested, etc. ... don't know why Miami area evidently has more than one person who likes to scare other people with this type of threat. Is it the heat or what?
