Seems to me that he deserves some significant compensation from the bank after the embarrassment of being handcuffed by the Spanish police and hauled to court for the banks error. This sounds like pain and suffering to me ....a sudden windfall and then it's gone. LoL

Forget the pain and suffering -- the guy used the bank's own written policy "not responsible for errors made to your account" as justification for keeping the funds. The bank shut up after that

Loved the irony with the disclaimer.
