I know I left a manifesto in another thread, but I just couldn't stay away. You are all so nice. I don't know what I was thinking. I must have been having a psychotic episode or something.

Please forgive me and
{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{huggies}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} all around.

****sniff***** I really love you guys.Still and always.

what was I thinking?

You just had a brief period of sanity. Welcome back!

Oh come on! You call that a manifesto??? Manifesto's are long with a huge list of people who have stabbed you in the back. That was just an attention-getting plea to get attention. You'll have to be sharper than that to fool people here....

So that's what sanity feels like. WOW.

Thanks for the welcome back Helen. I really missed you. Is everyone still here? It's been so long.

KatyD's idea of the unmanifesto works well. I use it weekly.

I agree with kraftdinner, rawbunzel. I think you're suppose to mention how much AW is indebted to you for the wealth of free information you've graciously bestowed on the other posters. Your manifesto should be much longer. Consider that one a practice manifesto and get to work on a one worthy of the name "manifesto".

Kraftdinner. You have reminded me why I left in the first place. Sanity felt....different. I think I'd like to try it again.

I'm leaving again.
Good-bye

What's an unmanisfesto?

I've never seen a manisfesto here.

Maybe our good moderator can provide a link to one.

A good service project for the OAI boards might be a mini-course on manifestos for beginners. Or maybe OAUA could take on that project. From what I hear, though I haven't followed it, they've had lots of experience lately.

You appear to be emerging from a long term psychotic episode.

I suggest that you throw your medication in the toilet and stay here with your crazy friends.

but some are pretty funny.

Well, you handle yourself pretty well, Bunzey. Usually by the time I get to "sugar muffin," the victim is on her knees begging. For mercy.

C'mon back when you're ready for more of the same.

My, my, my what nice little posters you were while I was gone. I read the other thread and you were all shopping (nice job antiquary) and chatting so sweetly. I was sad to see rawbutts manifesto but here she is back again.

Well, if you guys want to torment me you better get with it only a couple of hours to go till my retirement.

By the way krs you weren't very nice to twinsoft. Now you are both on Santas bad list. I'm sure it makes you very happy to be on that important list with such a good friend.

Right, rawbunzel

Where else can you find somebody to call you sugar muffin. HaHaHa ...and think that he will have you on your knees.

Friends like these are hard to find.

Some of the best posters have been on moderators "most wanted"lists. That includes me, of course.

No biggie rawbuzel, but usually when you make a "come back", you put out a few feelers so you don't end up with people talking about flowers on your Grand Re-Entry thread. Just a thought.....

It was my first time Krafty, I'm just not very good at it yet. Thanks for the advice though.I am sure I'll improve as time goes on.

Perhaps someone with more experience could show me how its done right? or did all those people leave ?

rawbunz, I'm afraid you're right they're gone. But, you know what's really sad? I miss everyone I used to disagree with, that, left because of the CC #. Sometimes I even miss Terri.

Well, I have to manifesto now. It's getting to be bedtime.

You all have been fun to play with. But I'm developing bad habits. Ploink!!! Into the shriek pit with all of you!!!

Saabsister needs to be moderated for ploinking us. I've never been ploinked before. At least not to my knowledge.

Chococake, I miss a lot of posters too. Femme,Spaz,Teri - so many. If everyone would have gone to one place it might have been ok but they seem scattered and posting is never going to feel the same. I tried OTWA and its ok but the sparkle that we had here isn't there. Other places don't suit me at all. I'll be here till I'm not. Then I probably won't be anywhere.

It'll perk up when we aren't playing anymore maybe. Fluff chases some people away [krs?] and we'll be back to more serious stuff tomorrow.

Whatever
I even miss Gossip Board. I miss Ipee time. I miss Pareau. I miss Zelda. I miss all the other quirky personalities that resided there.Am I nuts?

Alas Rawbunzel, you have brought me out of my slumber to a new place. I realize after reading your manifesto that I've never had a turn. And, of course that time has to come for me as it did for so many others before me. They may have left for credit card annoyance but I leave for other reasons...

I've searched my heart and realized that this place can never belong to me... it will always be just beyond my touch - so close but yet so far - so far but yet so close - to another time and another place of which we know not - we rise to the rooftops and fall vicariously through the limbersome days of our youth - we grasp, we stumble and yet we shall persevere through the myriads of bushisms and cheneyholio's til there we are all spent - writhing ever closer to the doors that beckon us - we grasp, yet never touching that which would supply the ether of yon mountaintop...

And, so I must leave you now. It is with with a gargantuous abdominal wretching that I must bid farewell to all those that I've come to know so well... I go in peace, wishing only to be remembered in whatever last will and testament that you may write as you take your last breath... bequeathing all of your worldly goods to me in a show of unity, world peace and promise for a brighter future.

Goodbye!
Couldn't leave without fixing the ubb... just one more time.

You all obviously need to review Shadowcat's Manifesto Guide:

"I have long felt that there is a need for an all purpose manifesto for those desiring to make theatrical exits but who do not have the necessary writing flair."

"Here is my humble offering of a Generic Manifesto...please check the appropriate lines."
