Am I the only one having major problems with emails to aol customers not getting through? I've always had the problem but it's getting a lot worse and even to the point that I'm thinking seriously about posting a notice in my auctions that aol customers can only bid if they have an alternate email address.
I average about ten aol customers a week and for about half of them I have to re-send emails at least 3 times before they receive them. I even average two or three a week that I never get through to at all and end up having to call them on the phone to exchange payment information. I thought it was somehow connected with my @home service but I've had to change my email to two other addresses since the @home bankruptcy and I'm still having the same problem.
One of the aol customers told me that she thinks she only gets about half of her emails... What's going on with aol? And who would want it if you can only get half your emails?

i have aol version 6 and all i get is junk mail.
if junk mail can get thru,so can serious mails.are they on version 7?they should ask aol,but then phone line is always busy

I don't know what version they have but I thought version 7 was fairly new and this has been going on for quite a while. It's gotten a lot worse in the last few weeks though. I never get any of the emails back either so I have no way of knowing they didn't get them until they keep emailing asking me why I haven't contacted them. One customer told me to put the name eBay in the subject line. I don't see how that would help. This is definitely getting a lot worse - I can't believe I'm the only one it's happening to.
