Reported by Salon Magazine

"A Gallup poll found the nation divided in the contest for "most admired" woman. Among men, President Bush remained the clear favorite for the second year in a row."

"Among men, the president had a commanding 28 percent for men -- well ahead of the runner-up, former president Jimmy Carter who was in single digits."

We all know how scientific this poll is. One gets different responses on how the questions are worded. Also, I wonder if the region polled was located near Crawford Texas?

Also, polls are "snapshots" of people's opions, thoughts, beliefs etc.

....as evidenced by the fact that Jennifer Lopez made the women's list. I have nothing aginst her but what is there to admire?

Jennifer.....is admired by most men because.....sooner or later they themselves will get to marry, honeymoon and divorce her as the supply of original partners runs low.

I am scheduled for late 2006/early 2007....

But what if this poll is a true reflection of Americans?

That they stuffed the ballot box?

Had ineligible voters vote?

Told eligible voters they had to be property owners, read a Chinese newspaper and be male, in order to vote?

Yes. Nearly every Republican that I know is not for Bush. Personally, I too think that this Gallup poll is a lie. I think so because Gallup is usually very proud to tell how many people were surveyed with exactly what questions and in what spectrum and locations across the USA that they took the poll. This time, they did not. I find that significant.
