When I first read it I didn't even realize that the letters were all messed up until about midway through the first sentence. It read very easily.

I think that having the words in a sentence helps. If you tried to identify the word, "lsat" for example, out of the sentence context it would be difficult.

Oh lord, my typing is so bad that even when you take the words out of the context of the sentence I knew them immediately.
I think I really need to work on that.
