Stop that happened to me last night. Great Chinesse restaurant, well buffet. Delicious food, but yes 2 hours later hungry again. Why is that do you know?

back in the old days of chop suey and bean sprouts and little meat,you can blame it on all that gravy and veggies .
Now with the all you can eat buffet,there is chicken,shrimp,fish,duck,beef,pork,i dont know why you are hungry 2 hours later.
May be you dont eat enough.

I think its mostly because you fill up on rice which is a starch and high carb (isnt it?) I say it aint real chinese food unless its got that good ole fashioned MSG.
