I haven't been following this at all except for the bits I catch on CNN. All I've heard is that he's going bankrupt and he wore his pj's to court last week but no details about how the trial is going. Do you think he's guilty or do you think they're trying to lynch him?

I don't know but:

I heard he had his plastic surgeon put a worried look on his face!

One commentator said Jackson's lawyer had a winnable case, but his client's antics were jeopardizing the victory.

I think he probably is guilty. This guy is a serious nutcase. I also suspect if he's convicted he'll attempt suicide very quickly.

Now Robert Blake, that's the one I haven't paid much attention to. What do you all think about him?

Krafty - I think he's losing. Strange since he is facing charges from a prosecutors worst nightmare family but you know.... it does not take a rocket scientist to know that wearing your PJs to a molestation trial isn't the best idea anyone ever had.

As for Robert Blake... Guilty Guilty Guilty. Oh yeah... and Stupid! Once two people have turned down your solicitations for murder, just go with the divorce. Who the hell asks stuntmen to kill? If you are going to hire, at least stay within the field you are hiring for. Stuntmen fake violence, they don't commit it.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

I don't believe Michael is guilty of child molestation. I do think he is eccentric to say the least..all right he's down right weird.. but I don't see a predator in him.

I believe Robert Blake didn't kill his wife but rather hired someone else to kill her. He is guilty one way or the other. He got confused somewhere along the way and became his TV Persona.. imo

kraft, I dont really think he is guilty either.
I know he is weird and all that, but I dont think there was any molestation going on. I think the man moves in a world we could never fathom and he doesnt relate too well to adults. But this stuff with the alcohol has me concerned. I actually think the suit is about trying to get money off him.

He came to court in his pajamas because he was in the hospital and they said you have to go right now or the judge is going to revoke your bail.

Did you see Jay Leno do a take on him in the pajamas with the bodyguards? It was pretty funny.

I also don't think Michael is guilty. I think he has serious mental issues that should have been addressed years ago. I don't think his mind fully understands how old he really is. I see the family prosecuting him as looking for a free ride.

Going bankrupt? How? He owns the rights to the Beatles' material. That alone will keep him a millionaire for years to come.

When dblfugger mentioned Jay Leno I searched to see what his 'jokes' were. Only to find that there have been court hearings about whether Leno should have a 'gag' order placed on him by the court. Reason? Leno might be called to testify about the accusers family trying to [my word] extort money for this child.

Anyway...the article said the judge ruled they were 'jokes' and could be told. Then, another article stated there WAS a gag order on Leno so he had 'friends' come on the show to do those jokes...rather than he, himself.

I too believe Blake is guilty.

And I'm not sure on Jackson. He never matured into a 'man' and we all need to feel loved. Maybe in some mixed up way he was doing wrong with these young boys...maybe not. But, imo, even if he were....he wouldn't recognize it as doing anything other than 'loving' them.

And then there will always be those who make false claims to gain financially in any way they can.

If O.J. is innocent, then Blake just lusted in his heart.

Cheryl, what mental issues do you think Michael is suffering from?
