I need to find an ISP which will allow me to send and receive POP email from my own web domain. I tried MindSpring last year, but I couldn't use their SMTP servers to send mail from any address which wasn't my MindSpring address. I could receive mail for my other address just fine, but not send.

I've been looking at Earthlink, but there doesn't seem to be very much information on their web site about such things.

Does anyone know of a good, reliable ISP who will allow sending of mail for other domains from their SMTP servers? Has anyone set up their own mail this way?

I'm looking for dial-up service since, unfortunately, DSL and cable modem service isn't yet available way out in the 'burbs where I live.
