OMG! What a day from h@ll I've had! Been in an emotional conflict all day that I can't talk about, and just found out that I'm chaperoning 100 3rd graders on a field trip to the tropical plantations tomorrow, my heavy listing day, which means that I have to upload 40+ pix tonight, do all the measurements and listing descriptions and upload them all to AMPRO so that I can shoot them out early in the morning... VERY early, because on the way home from school a tire blew out in my car on the highway... VERY thankful that nobody was hurt... but it meant changing to the spare and limping to the one and only place on this side of the island that sells tires, which of course was backed up so I have to be there at 7:30 a.m. so they can fix it in time for me to get the kids to school and on to the field trip. Burnin the midnight oil, listening to some sad and mellow Backstreet Boys music and wishing I could do today all over without all of the crappola.

So, how was your day dear? lol
Anyone else have a rotten one?

Well, let's look on the bright side. You've got a whole five more hours left for today then I do!

James.

btw, James, since you're here... been meaning to ask you... what is your eBay seller name? If I remember correctly you sell sheet music and I just bought a brand spankin new keyboard so I might browse your listings sometime after I come up for air. If you don't want to broadcast it, you can email me at [email protected]
Tanky!

Kiheicat: It may get worse. Just hope that the Sarge doesn't see your name and the title of this thread, and wander in.

SgtMike has apparently never chaperoned 100 third graders. Mundane would not be the word I'd choose.

I was referring to the thrilling story. When I observed the thread title, I thought we had something going to whet a warrior's appetite, a macho thing. I was pumped. Only found tea party chatter.

Need more "masculine" threads.

So sarge...why dont you start a "masculine" type thread?

The warrior commanding an armchair, never having gone to war.

Since when does masculine = warrior? Shoulda slapped sarge on Survivor and watched them eat him up, lol

Well I managed to upload about 70 pix, measure about 30 dresses and such, and do the same number of descrips loaded to AMPRO waiting for the push of a button tomorrow. Hoping for a better day tomorrow but I'm bringing plenty of tylenol and an extra nicotine patch in my backpack for my trek through the plantation fields with the li'l darlings...just in case

toomany sounds like a neat flea market!

Well, everything got done that needed to be done, including REfixing the brand new 70 dollar tire I had put on early this a.m. that had a defective valve and needed to be replaced again, sigh...the trek through the plantation went well, and on into the rainforest. And as mundane as sgtmike thinks hiking in the rainforest with 100 3rd graders is, I doubt very seriously if he could keep up with me, lol

I have a friend who believes he can outrun anyone. I once asked him, "Can you outrun an Emu?" He replied, "Yes I can……but what is an Emu?"
