What about this speech? I saw some of it. Best he's ever done. What got into him?

Bush today, speaking live at Kansas State University, making a case for NSA intercepting al Queda communications wherever they occur. Afterward, asked by someone in the audience about this practice breaking the law, Bush said, 'If I wanted to break the law, I wouldn't have briefed Congress!'

Bear, the segment I caught today he was ad libbing or so it seemed, and spoke better than I ever saw him. Alot of foreigners got questions in and he joked "only in america" when like an ME person was going on and on.

I saw some of it and liked his adlibing responses to all the questions. He did make many valid points, though Im not too impressed with the guest worker visa program but do approve of stopping the catch & release program.
