When Bush gave his State of the Union speech in 2002, his approval rating was 84 percent. Today it's at 43 percent. Millions of Americans don't believe the BIG LIE any longer.
The first major event of this election year happens Tuesday when President Bush makes his State of the Union address. Expected topics include national security, Iraq, tax cuts and health care.
