Stress kills.

All that wealth and what does it get him in the end...... maybe just a fancy funeral.

Awww, I guess he got to collect his social security retirement benifits for about only one year and after paying into it for all those years.

Bush at one point in time called "Kenny Boy Lay his good friend".

I am betting Bushy won't show up at his "good friend" Kenny Boy Lay's funeral. LOL

There was some speculation on the media today that it may have been suicide; the medical people were recounting all the ways a person could cause a heart attack in himself.

I guess I watch too much Law and Order. Wouldn't it be something if one of the Enron employees who got shafted by Lay got someone on the inside to do the deed.

Trouble is that with his death, the government's case agaist him is now closed and the property and money he still had now goes to his heirs

He's not dead. He's on a yacht somewhere in the south seas, with a new identity.

Wrong, people that were in the process of filing civil suits against him still have the right to now sue his estate.

Correct in the sense that Civil lawsuits can be filed against his estate but there will be no govermental action.

Lay's death likely to erase his convictions

THE NEW YORK TIMES REPORTED THIS.

Just like the bigdopa, how stupid. HE'S DEAD. What does he care about a conviction now for? DUH.

HOwever, Stone, it may mean something to his family if the convictions are truly erased. (As if that would remove the stain on the family name, LOL.)
