Gawd, we laughed harder than anybody should laugh. Jon had a segment where he was feeling sorry for Condie Rice who has no family (therefore can't know how it feels to send a loved one off to war). He did a bit that's almost impossible to describe, offering his services to help her produce a loved one of her own, etc.
It was built on Barbara Boxer's questioning of Rice, suggesting that Rice can't know how families feel.

But if Kay Bauley Hutchinson had said the same to a childless female demoncrat the uproar still would be echoing from the walls of the Senate bldg.
