IT was mentioned in another thread,I thought I would make this a new thread and get your opinion.
Right now when you go to a hospital or doctor for treatment,there is a listed price for the procedure and depends on what plan you have,you get X % discount from that price.
Private insurer discount is like 35%,Medicare has a different discount and Medicaid has another .
Those who have no insurance and willing to pay cash when service is rendered get almost a 50% discount.
Those who have no insurance and no cash pay 100% of the listed price.
Those who are luck to be under charity I believe pay nothing.
So if this is correct,then the one who can ill afford pays the most.
So what is unniveral heathcare and how does it work??
