Did anybody here watch that last night? It started out slow, but he had some terrific zingers in there, very funny. (We think he's a real asset to Jon Stewart's show.)

I didn't see him last night, but have seen several of his HBO specials. He is hysterical, literally and figuratively. He is like the Joe Cocker of comedians, but very, very funny---and spot on with most of his political and social zingers.

Spot on is right! I was watching it and taping it for my husband, who'd gone to bed, and I was afraid I'd wake him up with my laughing. If they repeat that show, be sure to watch. It was called Red, White, and Screwed.

Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to watch tomorrow night. There are very few comedians who make me laugh out loud---he's one of them.

Let me know how you like it! I watched it again tonight, with my husband, and it was funny as ever. The Cheney quail-hunting segment, and the Old Testament vs New Testament segments made us laugh till we cried.

Lewis Black was raised in my town, Silver Spring, Maryland which is a suburban area outside Washington, D.C.
He has said that when people ask him where he's from he says Washington, D.C. because when you say you're from Silver Spring people think you're a pussy.

Saw Red White and Screwed last night and, as usual, he was hysterical. Did a lot of LOL.
His humor does a lot to point out how ridiculous this world can be. Thanks for the heads-up, Roady!
