Bill K., the cadaver dogs didn't hit on the seat where Caylee would've sat in the car if her mom left her there and she died. Or are you saying you think Casey put her daughter in the trunk while she partied?

I think there was some severe neglect of the child (swimming pool? left in car? who knows?). But I think had the child drowned in a pool, the mother wouldn't be charged with murder or negligent homicide. Maybe it happened quickly and the mother wasn't thinking clearly.
