for weeks now i have been trying to import items to my store and to my EBAY account with no success,i did it many ways and cannot seem to get it right,would love some feed back on what i,m doing wrong.
We would like to help you. I checked your account but didn't see any items yet. Are you creating them from scratch, or importing from a CSV file? (since you mentioned import in your post.)
Please provide as many details as possible about the issue your running into so we can best assist.

i,m not sure how to do that,i down loaded the spreadsheet from CSV but don't have anything to put on it,how do i import from there.and what about the EBAY catalog.

Did you still need help with this one? Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the .csv import file to import from the eBay catalog.
There is a document that you should check that will show you how to use the import file and the accepted values for the import file. You may locate the document under "Items" --> "Import Items" --> "CSV File" --> "How to Prepare Your Import File".
