HI,just a quick word,i,m looking to bulkup my store from the ebay catolog,what is the correct procedure to do so,because i want the images to show in my store,lol,i made up about 6 items from scratch but they dont have images to them,also if i dont have the information for the calculated shipping how am i going to include it for that item,because what i already have there is not right,it's a little nerve racking but fun to actually see something in your store,i want to make sure that everything is right before selling anything.

You may also send us in a message by going to "Help" --> "Contact Us" --> "Request Support".
Unfortunately, it is not possible to use the images from the eBay catalog for your Vendio Store items. You would need to manually upload and attach your own images for the Vendio Store items.
If you want to use calculated shipping, then you will need to know (and enter) the shipping weight and package dimensions. You will also need the ship-from location entered into your Shipping Profile. Your other option would be to use fixed shipping, where you would enter in a fixed shipping charge.
