During the past week, I have made many attempts to submit a Help Request to Vendio, with no response at all. Has anyone else been able to successfully submit a request, and receive a response from Vendio?

I did try a couple of weeks ago through one of the community boards, no reply. I was going to suggest, though, that you go to the Sales Manager etc. board, put "moderator" in your title, and post your request.
