I also see Furniture.com closed shop and has many outstanding orders. The website claims that they had been putting all the order money into an escrow account since May. So they knew they had problems back then.

They are selling their mascot sock puppet on Amazon auction and also you can buy one on pets.com's web site for 25 bucks. He says five phrases including the priceless: "You got a stuffed thing. I love stuffed things." Not Kerryann on eBay

I'd just started using them about a month ago and loved it... they carried everything I needed product/brand-wise and I could order online and pay by check snail mail... I still have one outstanding order, but the site says they'll honor it... WE'LL SEE...
