Dear Texas Lottery Commission,
This is to inform you of my impending lawsuit against you personally and
seeking punitive and actual damages for your despicable creation of the
confusing lotto ticket form. I know what numbers I intended to mark and
you cannot imagine how sick of heart I was when, after Wednesday's lotto
numbers were called, I checked closely and the ticket the clerk had given
me DID NOT MATCH THE NUMBERS I INTENDED!!! I went to that 7-11
for the
sole purpose of marking my correct numbers; I know in my heart which
numbers I REALLY wanted, and the ticket I got back did not have those
numbers! You have deliberately created a lotto form with the numbers too
close together and deliberately confusing because the oval I filled had
number 22 to the left and 37 to the right! By making your lotto form so
confusing and deceptive, you have denied me my constitutional right to
get the numbers of my choice. I'll see you in court!!! Get my check ready
you low life swine or I'll tie you up in court for 20 years!!! Signed,

What is soooo scarey is 50% of those who voted AGREE you should get a second chance to mark your lottery ticket!
50% of those who voted WANT big brother/government...
