I was kind of thinking promerainian too but look at the ears. They are thick and furry like a chows maybe and rounded.
You don't think they could have been docked that way do you?
Such an odd little dog.

Definitely a Pomeranian mix. The ears, in some photos, appear to be tightly folded which is a Shar-pei trait. Whatevr the mix is, it resulted in one cute little dog
