How sweet of you to take the trouble!
Yeah :8) This woman is ridiculous. All the pigs we know travel in their own (huge) crates, for crying out loud. Sure, they're "miniature" pigs - in the same way Shetland ponies are "miniature" horses. Doesn't mean you want one clogging the aisle, even in First Class. Pigs, like Newfoundlands, are NOT carry-on size.
And this woman is surprised because her apartment managers aren't pleased? Uh, how about filling them in before you bring the pigger home (even assuming the area's zoned for pigs)?
On a lighter note, apparently "Charlotte" looks just like our Ramona (but she doesn't have Ramona's rosebud-pink snout).

The worst part is that the animal was so traumatized at the end of the flight. Any animal who reacts in this way is usually suffering from extreme fear.
Yeah, I'm an animal lover - I loved that poster named Coyote and had to always take his side just because he had that ID. I miss him.

Even worse is that PBPs, like horses (form what I understand), can suffer serious physical trauma from emotional shock, delicate babies that they are under that tough exterior ;8) So this woman was doing her pigger no favor. Get the beast a cozy crate and judiciously administer some tranquilizers (PBPs can also die from misadministration of tranqs/anaesthetics). Sheesh.
Frankly, though, I think if pigs adjusted their "me-mine-most" attitude a bit, they'd be better off. But you can't reason with a pig. It's not that they're dumb. They're just so sure they're right. The harrumphing of a pig in full-blown righteous outrage is pretty funny.
