The problem is that elections are still locally controlled. One person may cast a vote at a machine. Another voter casts their ballot by way of paper identifyer.
Why?
There should be a unified way to vote. All states and counties have it set it up one way. If you are overseas, well, absentee ballots. That's my thought and opinion.
