I'm impressed. I ordered some software from Outpost.com yesterday afternoon and it arrived early this morning. Free overnight delivery. And no tax because they're not in the state where I live. And their prices are identical to other online retailers like Amazon.

They are great; I've ordered from them before and was pleased.
Most online stores are pretty good EXCEPT for Best Buy.com. I would NEVER order from them again. I ordered a CD for my daughter 32 days ago and it has YET to ship despite repeated e-mails and phone calls. This is not a special order item; I could walk into any BB store in my city and purchase this CD. I cannot understand what the problem is and apparently, neither does Best Buy!! Their customer service is totally clueless.

I ordered from them and was extremely happy with the quick shipment and great service. Not a hitch. Great prices too.
