Zazzie,

The Torah is the first five books of the Bible, or the Books of Moses. The essentially Judaic equivalent of the O.T. is the Tanakh. I didn't mean to imply that they did not contain the same information, only that they were not categorized in the same manner, hence a Jewish reader might not easily be able to follow the texts cited. In the heat of the moment, I was less than clear.
