Howdy. I've got a book that appears to have been signed by Rudyard Kipling and has a hand written poem by the same hand in the book as well. I would like to have it authenticated and am a little leary of sending off. I will be in New York for a couple of days in March and am wondering of you know of anyplace in the city I could have it looked at while I'm there.

Try asking on the EBay Outlook message board. There are a lot of sellers there and some of them don't post on this board.
