I've been hearing some advertisements and seriously considering it. I pay $20/month just for the extra phone line, so could justify trading off.
Was wondering if anyone else used it and how the service was? Do you find it reliable and as fast as they say?

I have been using Telocity since January 15, 2001. Before using Telocity, I was using Flashcom and I was very happy with speeds of 416 up and down. Then Flashcom went bankrupt and Telocity bought all of Flashcom's sdsl accounts. So here's the deal: Some of my friends and other reviewers (on other sites) absolutely hate Telocity. So far, I have encountered one day of downtime and a couple of times I could not get on the internet for a short while. A couple of hrs later I tried back and everything was ok. Telocity have given me the same speeds as Flashcom but I still don't like the unexpected downtime. I pay $50 a month I plan to leave and I tell others not to get down with Telocity because of their lack of customer support and downtime.
