Osama Bin Laden issued a statement yesterday in Isalmabad, Pakistan urging hardline Islamic activists to prepare for a holy war because "jihad in this time of crisis is an obligation of all Muslims". He issued this statement during a convention which gathered 200,000 Muslim students from various Muslim nations to celebrate the teaching of an Islamic school that inspired Afghanistan's Taliban rulers.
At the end of the convention one of the resolutions also called for the closure of foreign funded aid organizations accused of 'corrupting society'.
That would include the Red Cross and UN organizations I suppose. Not my candidates for groups that corrupt society.

Scary stuff... so much hate in this world and so little tolerance for differences.
As for the resolution on foreign aid, there has been a call for several years for Muslims to help each other rather than rely on foreign aid. If they can provide what their people need with out foreign help then I am sure that foreign aid can be sent elsewhere where it is needed.

They may be referring to such agencies as USAID - United States Agency for Internal Development. This agency is the propaganda arm of thee United States, where to show the locals how nice we are as we raid their resources, we build raods, schools, hospitals, bridges, etc. This agency is also a cover for the CIA. Other countries in the West do the same thing. Spying isn't just limited to the embassies.
