If you use other auction sites besides eBay than there must be a reason why. You might want to check out a website I created.

Nice site. Many readings I do agree with!
I only have one problem. You post as a anonymous coward? Perhaps you can fill me in as wrong?

I don't think classifying the creator of that VERY NICE webpage as a coward is the purpose of this thread.
I commend dzge for speaking out... no matter how he/she chose to do it.
I'll post your page URL at BidVille dzge. Good Luck!

Dang... i corrected a non-typo and now I have to uncorrect it.

Now why would someone accuse the poster of being an anonymous coward when all he did was put up a webpage with his story on it? Should he have posted his RL name, address and phone number?
I think the poster is taking the advice of one of his writers who advises against using his real eBay ID. If you read most of the webpage you'll see this written.
When I first started using the Internet (too many years ago) I was advised never to put my RL name out there, never to put photos on pages and never ever to give out any personal info.
As you can see today, that advice should be taken literally. Too many people are causing problems for others, saying they're drug abusers for taking prescription drugs, calling people crazy because they happen to disagree with a "button pushing" lunatic and the stalking that goes on is terrifying to the person being stalked.
Anonymous coward is a very strong term. After all, anyone who uses an ID for posting or auctions can be considered anonymous; but a coward - I don't think so.
JMHO..
The characters and events depicted in the above are opinions of the author and do not depict any real persons or events. Any resemblance to actual people or incidents is entirely coincidental.

Coolvette,
Calling someone a coward, anonymous or not, is a violation of our CGs which require that all members be treated with respect and consideration. Please don't post in like manner again.
Thanks for your cooperation.

I also think that was out of line.

Sorry for butting in, but I think coolvette was talking about the user who posts with the __ID__ of "AnonymousCoward". He/she wasn't calling the first poster a coward.

Correct, the user Joanne should maybe be a moderator here because she was the only one that read my first post correctly!
Pattaylor,
Get off my a$$$ You blew it as well as a number of people! A question was asked! My post is not calling people names! Perhaps you should reread it and make damn sure you reread it out loud to mntmama1!

The "respect and consideration" clause of the Community Guidelines applies to your treatment of AW Moderators as well as members. I suggest you take it down a notch.
I would also remind you that discussion of moderation issues are to be addressed via email only - not within the Message Center. If you have a complaint regarding a decision made by a member of the moderation staff, then you are welcome to email those concerns to [email protected].

Oh really? I have throughly respected AW's moderators in over 950 posts! This one blew it and I called him on it. He is the one that started crap! I asked a question.

What the hell good would it do? Others can't read it can they? Tsk, Tsk, Tsk????
Edited to add italics.
