Was looking around today and found a site called AuXpal.com! Signed up and was listing in less than five minutes. Lists in the same way Yahoo does.Has all the features you look for. Nice and easy to list. No credit cards to sign,No fees of any kind start to finish.Only fees were for bold facing or feature. List pic's from your computer or web site. Inventory:Has nearly 100,000 items listed in around 900 cats.A lot were empty waiting for sellers.Give it a look see.Go to www.auxpal.com

Don't want to start rumors so let me state that I'm not sure about this but, isn't this the site that originally launched itself as a 'partner' of paypal .. unfortunately they hadn't even consulted paypal and had to 'undo' their format??

Maybe they started from scratch and are doing well. Just thought I would mention it ... you might want to search the board. Probably under one of the old paypal threads!

The AuXpal president commented on this in a letter posted on a Yahoo board today. He said they did have an agreement with PayPal that PayPal backed out of one day before they were to launch, so the site had to be re-tooled. Whatever happened at the beginning they are up and running now. It is a very user friendly site. They need more bidders and sellers, but I understand there are a lot of sellers available for relocation thanks to recent moves by Yahoo and Amazon.

WAKE UP PEOPLE. AUXPAL IS TRYING TO OFFER US A DEAL AND I FOR ONE AM MOVING MY BUSINESS TO THEM. I NEVER DID BUY OR SELL AT YAHOO BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFO. CC INFO DOES NOT MAKE YOU A GOOD BIDDER OR SELLER. "DEADBEATS HAVE CREDIT CARDS". I HAVE USED EBAY BUT THEY ARE FORMING STUPID RULES ALSO AND THEIR FEES ON SOME THINGS ARE GOING UP. LET'S GIVE AUXPAL A CHANCE AND SUPPORT THEM AND I BELEIVE THEY WILL SUPPORT US. THE BOTTOM LINE IS YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOOSE. SIGN UP BEFORE MARCH 1ST AND YOU WILL NEVER HAVE FEES. I BUY AND SELL. IF THE ITEMS ARE THERE, THE BUYERS WILL COME.

I have been using AuXpal for about a week now. I like a site that admits when they make a mistake and fixes it. I also love the customer service. Can't find something, don't like the way it works? Let 'em know. I have had several bids and plenty of hits.

It can have the best support around but if I don't get any bids it doesn't matter. Auxpal is the only site I've tried since the Yahoo mess and while I wasn't expecting any sales I was expecting more hits???

Oh well...

Building traffic at AuXpal will take time and a continuing increase in registered users. This is true of every single alternate site to Ebay (I used to say the Big 3, but now Yahoo and Amazon have fallen back into the ranks of "other online auctions". If you want a viable free alternate site you are going to have to help build one as none exists right now.

I would take anything you have multiples of and list them there and forget about it (they will auto relist 5 times). You'll be helping by giving them some listings and eventually a tree may sprout from the seed.

Hi:People!
I have had items listed on AuXpal for about 4 day's now.Even though I have not as yet sold anything,I have had double the hit's I would have had on Yahoo in a week! Let's face it if we are going to have an alternative site WE are going to have to built it!! They can only supply the tool's we will have to do the WORK! They are offering free forever to charter members,so even if they do make changes in the future, they're service will remain free to those of us who got in on the ground floor. Give it a try what hve you got to loose!!

Seems that AuxPal took the Free Forever thought from another auction site. However, AuxPal has set a "drop dead" date in order be a part of this whereas the other site hasn't set any date yet.

LMAO... I am sure that AuxPal does not even know that micro mini back alley rundown shack of an auction site even exists...it isn't like it is even a "real" auction site or anything.

It's just a toy for some spamming dude that used to drive limo's or sumthin' for a living...HA!

I wouldn't be surprised if AuxPal knew of the "rundown shack" as you like to call it.
As always, it's been your pleasure
