What is the purpose of these boards, if a moderator "locks" every other thread? I just stumbled onto this part of the AW site today, and it looks like every other thread ends in this manner. Among the threads I have read, not one appeared to be what I would consider a flame. So what is this area for?
The locking of threads is not arbitrary or without reason.
It is sometimes the case where users choose to discuss moderation policies within a thread or for other reasons which are outlined in the User Agreement.
