I have had 2 offers in the last 2 days but no email notice. I emailed support this morning but they haven't responded. I guess their whole email system is down. Has anyone gotten an email from them in the last 2 days?

I haven't gotten one in about 2 weeks - but that's because my offers and sales went from terrific to zilch in the blink of an eye.

I have had that same problem on BnH. I just check for offers a couple of times a day. That's how I work around it.

My sales have hit bottom also. I emailed support because I finally had two bids and no emails also. There response was as follows.
We have received a lot of emails lately regarding our automatic emails
not getting delivered. We have done intense investigation into this
matter and come up with the following possible reasons:
1) Email traffic has increased since the events of September 11th and
some large email providers are having trouble processing the additional
work load.
2) Multiple viruses have hit the Internet in the past few weeks and
some email providers have had to actually shut down servers to clear the
problems. This would result in emails being lost.
3) BargainAndHaggle.com recently upgraded our email serving process,
which may have resulted in an email delay, but not a loss of email.
Most of our research into this issue has shown that the providers are
catching up and that the viruses are under control. If you continue to
see these types of problems with email from BargainAndHaggle.com, please
let us know.

Hi,
My sales also went from great to zilch just like that. I did have an offer the other day which I quickly accepted. Still it has been two days and I still have not recieved the winning bidder's e-mail information so I can send shipping info., etc.
Maybe they are having other problems. I noticed they changed a lot of pages lately and the site may have not been at 100% for a while.
I hope things improve. B+H was going great for a while there.

Roy222 You can get the shipping info for the buyer by going to your seller history and click on shipping info. That way you don't have to wait for the email.
