We all have our favorite site(s), what are the things you like about your site that you would like the newbies to know and what is the one favorite thing about it that you feel is productive and good for the user? Please name the site but not in a promotional manner.

Note: The thread could very well get nuked if we post our views in a promotional manner. So as to avoid the nuking of posts and possibly the thread. Lets keep our comments about the topic as non promotional as possible. Please don't post about advertising, and the lack of bidders and sellers. That is well known through out the threads already running.

Thanks,

Bill (Elecdata1 here and everywhere else)

Hi Bill ...

I think the newbies (hate that word!) are able to read the threads the same way we can. I'm not sure what else can be said about the pros and cons of the various venues that hasn't already been said.

Just out of curiosity, what is *your" motive here?

Rob

What's left? The color scheme of the site?

Howdy! The motive is simple, I read the threads on the various boards including here and I see very little postive thoughts about the smaller sites and when I do it is promotional. Mainly I see that folks tearing down the smaller sites simply because they can. Yup all sites have a pro and con and yup not every site will be for anyone particular user. But there are many sites that can be just the one thing that a particular user may be interested in. That's it in a nut shell.

Well, if the shoe fits ...

Maybe there aren't any smaller sites worth bragging about. Besides, if a person if happy with something, they will usually say nothing.

I still think this thread will only repeat what has been said ad infinitum on AW.

Okay, I'll play!

sellyouritem.com has recently added an Anti-Snipe feature and will soon be adding the ability to list in a 2nd catagory at no additional cost.....

but my two favorite features are the "saved" auction feature and the "feedback manager" feature.

A anti snipe feature does'nt sound like a plus to me. With a major lack of bidders snipe'in is the only fun one can have any more. Even with nobody bidding against you.

I agree with gmileske on this one.
