I have some time tonight and started some serious working. I finally had an
auction close with a winner. Now is the problem. I cannot view it! When I go to Welcome to the personal auctions page There is something that says" This page now xontains only your current and ongoing auctions. Auctions that have ended can be viewed from the Manage tool." Ok, so I go to
MANAGE and it says" You Currently Have No Items Available To Relist" I have ONE closed auction, the problem is I should be able to view it and I cannot!
Now for the second problem:
My winner is not responding to my emails. I am coming from yahoo and I dont think the similar features are in Epier for me to use. What are the alternatives.
-If I get a non-paying bidder, what proceedures are in place for that? when I leave a feedback, is the bidder notified? I hope so, maybe they will see that!
If anyone has any ideas on these two things. Please let me know. Thanks ahead of time for your help!

paloma91 - you should be able to view your sold autions from the page called "Delete". This can be found by going to MY EPIER, then clicking on MANAGE.
As to the a possable deadbeat problem, I think your on your own. As the site is free, there are no fees to have credited, and you still have the item, so even though it may be fustrating - just relist.
Users on epier are NOT notified when a feedback is left, as on yahoo.
As to compairing ebay to epier...
Ebay is rather like a topheavy Socialist Government somewhere in Europe, taxing and regulating all areas of life so that everyone is safe from every concievable problem.
Epier trends more toward the Libertarian model, with no taxes and way less involvment in day to day dealings. This fosters more of a reliance on ones skills and instincts, and less involvment with its "government".

Thanks so much Rusty, atleast I know where to go with it now. Bad thing is I sent them an email last night about it and still havent heard from their support people yet. With bidville, I hear from them right away!

HEY paloma91! I was just listing an auction over on epier when I noticed a new page under the "MANAGE" section. This page is called "SOLD ITEM".
I gotta say, every day this site is getting better, the support folks there seem to take user suggestions to heart and make good changes.

Hey Rusty! I see it too! How wonderful! That solves part of my problem. I hope they have time to address the rest of my email to them and send me a reply. We will see what happens.
To give you an update on the non responsive bidder: So far, I sent the winner another email asking them if there was a problem or if they were still interested in the item. Stating that I needed a reply within 48 hours or I would need to cancel their bid.
The email I got back only said "ok" nothing else. so I emailed them again for clarification. I was sent a reply with an empty email with my original EOA email attached to it! I think I have a problem here. (more like a comedy) The last thing I did was to send a separate email with no attachments spelling out word for word what they needed to do to complete their transaction. OH BROTHER! What a day!

paloma91 --- Sorry you seem to be having problems with this bidder. I think you may have a plain old garden variety "flake" on your hands.
At any rate, I'm happy to report that every sale I made (28 so far I think) on Epier has gone smoothly, even had some fine repete bidders too.
We all know "flakes" are out there, I suspect its just random that you found one on epier...(I hope).

I received another blank reply from this guy! I sent a reply to his blank email stating that if I didnt hear anything constructive within 24 hours I would cancel his bid. Maybe that is what he wants anyway!!! Geez, what a waste of time!

Well many items up at Epier and no bids 2 weeks in a row. Not complaining as it is FREE to list and relist. I have won 2 auctions from same buyer and after 8 days of me emailing to get final price and shipping info, and she not having the decentcy to respond....i neg'd her. Think i'll go looking for another free site to list me low priced items...no sence in listing them on Ebay and not getting any bids there.
