Unless someone is willing to risk their cc info (both here and there), we may not EVER hear any more about BV or BV stats. How will we know when the Memorial Service will be held???

Oh, I'm sure someone would be willing to risk their CC number JUST to keep you up-to-date on Bidville. With the energy that's been spent tracking such info, three "perfect" auction sites could have been built and all dethroned eBay by now.

Someone mentioned that BV stats are welcome on another message board site. So perhaps we can glance over there to see them.

dimview! You are lurking... post them there if you have to!

Memorial service? In some areas I don't think there will be one. The 10 cent sports card sellers don't have a lot of choices of free sites to move to. The 1 book seller that makes up 28% of the site has always been allowed to violate TOS by listing on multiple venues so he has no reason to pull his ads to move elsewhere.

Current make-up of BV is:
just the 5 sub-cats of sports cards 43%
just books (storefront + "regular" ) 31%
everything else 26%

For sell through stats, did anyone notice BV finally took the "view sales info" link off the Trackpal page? Now that they expect people to pay to list they delete the link that showed their own results. Hmmm, wonder why?

For old times sake

I see the "coming soon" notation by the description search radio button has been altered to "not available" also.

[blue][b]I have to correct the song title by Sonny & Cher. It was "As the "Beat" goes on. Of course Michael Jackson and a #1 hit titled "Beat It" Same old Bidville Beat! Is there ever anything refreshing? Hillbilly

It will be refreshing the day the Prez and Bidville become another member of the DNS error auctionsite graveyard.

Oh yes! The beat will go on, or beating rather. Instead of Sony & Cher it will sound more like Metallica.

Three more days and no more BV cheerleaders & TROLLS. Day four will be a good day for chatting.
