Did you notice the lawsuits. Also they have earned only $17500 in revenue. Also they are not using an underwriter to go public with.

tuition, when i click your link and go to sb-2 and then i get,

this is indeed interesting but I have some questions.
1.) why is it so funny, am I missing something?
2.) they state that they are going to start charging a listing fee as well as a final value fee, this is not what they have stated on the boards, so who is being lied to?
3.) They show two (2) officers as "directors and Vice Presidents", can they have two?
4.) are the things I heard about the male VP true? (you know)

Looks like it is do or die. If they cant sell their stock then they will run out of money soon. Also The fact that they are not using investment bankers says it all. I quess they can continue to sell it the way they are doing it now. Although it looks like they have gotten in trouble with a couple of states already. Also are those 2 million users they bought from speedy click still around at $1.00 a piece.

I just wonder what the CEO has to say about this...I personally think there is something wrong with this picture...It will be worth watching that's for sure...Ummmmm wonder where all the cheerleaders for bidbay are now...probably in shock somewhere..LOL

Perhaps they know that it takes money to make money. It's pretty clear that many do not know how a business is run in it's first year of business and the tax write offs associated with it!

Yes Coolvette they certainly do....don't they...Like I said you really have no clue on who are dealing with..so you really shouldn't assume a Darn thing....My post may speak for MYSELF and no one else but do not assume you know everything about someone because of their posts on a chat board it might get you into trouble....but I am sure you will have the CEO to back you up...

I have the problem with ppl like YOU..who see NO wrong with a site who lies about their numbers and inflates them who's members think they are so perfect to have never made a mistake..they insult people bring personal information out on the boards, bashing them as if they were nobody. I could go on and on....and why do you care if I am not going to tell you who I am ...eats you up doesn't it..

Believe me I'm not worried about him at all, sad really,he cries all day and night at BB about the cellar troll's in the basemant here but he will not stay away....I'm sick of him threatening me and my family and I want him to go away....and maybe he just did it himself.The funny thing is,I've NEVER said a bad thing about any BB user,And have always started my criticism's about the site by saying "when I signed up I wanted to see them make it" and for my efforts of giving JMHO the few like him bashed smashed and harassed me.Oh well.....Ebay PLEASE continue to bill me large FVF's each and every month
