Hi bgrice2527, don't know what state you live in but I hope it's not New York. They frown on us little guys running a lottery. These boards are a pretty public place and you never know who is monitoring them.

A sweepstakes is not a lottery. My understanding is the differences are that a lottery the funds are generated by the sales of tickets or chances. A sweepstakes is a given set of money setup by a company to giveaway.
Just because it's Carnaby doesn't make it legal either. Just means that perhaps no one has reported them yet.
Oh well. Who cares? All the sites are pretty much dying at this point.

I agree that all the sites are pretty much dying at this point but I think the Carnaby pick 6 numbers is legit. There are a lot of sites with this type of thing ( www.iwin.com for one ) With a pool of 60 numbers there is almost no chance to win any real kind of money. A man in India did win 10 million a while ago ( Mohammed Basha of Delhi, India is First Winner of FreeLotto.com's $10 Million 'SuperBucks' Jackpot )
